The
Angeles University Foundation Medical Center (AUFMC), located
at Angeles City, Philippines, was blessed and inaugurated
on February 23, 1990 and was opened to serve the community
on May 25, 1990.
| AUFMC
has become the first and only 150-bed private training,
teaching and research tertiary hospital north of Metro
Manila, duly licensed by the Department of Health, which
offers Residency Training Programs in the Departments
of Medicine, Pediatrics, Surgery, and Obstetrics &
Gynecology. It also serves as venue for the clinical
exposure and laboratory skills of the students of the
Angeles University Foundation Colleges of Medicine,
Nursing, and Allied Medical Professions. |

AUFMC takes
pride in its competent and duly accredited medical, nursing
and hospital personnel who provide quality health care services.
A service-oriented hospital, it has a Charity Ward, which
extends free air conditioned ward accommodation with meals,
free basic operating/delivery room fees, free professional
fees, and maximum discount on medicines, supplies, and diagnostic
work-up.
Organized
as a stock corporation in 1986, the AUFMC was converted into
a non-stock, non-profit medical foundation through the amendment
of its Articles of Incorporation registered with the Securities
and Exchange Commission on November 6, 1998 under SEC Registration
No. 130921.
